Both drivers got removed from a Sonos SUB that no longer powered on. These speaker drivers/transducers are undamaged, tested and are fully functional.
They could be used as replacement parts for a Sonos subwoofer, but the detailed labor involved is delicate work. Besides, these speakers are very durable and the electronics for the Sonos SUB would more likely be at fault.
Another option for use could be for a DIY project, or if you need an odd shape subwoofer to fit the environment possibly automobiles.
Each driver/transducer roughly measure 8 in x 5in. and is 3.75 in. in depth. They bolster a very heavy and strong magnet weighing in at 7lbs. 2oz.
