This is a Pair Of MA Audio 8.25" Woofers With Covers and screws in good Working condition pulled from a pair of MA audio speakers.  The one cover has a broken inner plastic piece.  It is missing 2 of the smaller screws. They do show some minor marks. They measure approx 7.4 ohms on my meter.  Please be sure they are correct for you application before purchase.  They work great.  Each
