Outer item I don't see any cosmetic issues. It was tested on track and worked well. Battery compartment plastic piece had a bit of scratching in the bottom, nothing that affected use or is seen.
Only works with Lionel Ready to Play Track and remotes. (Lionel Ready to Play remotes can be synced with this.)
