    Description

This listing is for an antique (1920's) ukelin stringed instrument with a bow. It was made and distributed by Manufacturer's Advertising Co. from New Jersey, U.S.A.
This instrument is made of wood (not sure which) and has 2 sets of strings. It is a cross between a violin and a ukelele. One set of strings is played by strumming, the other set with a bow (included). It os 27" long, 7.25" wide and 1.5" thick.
It is in very good condition, especially considering its age. The original stickers are still in place showing the keys and numbers and even the pretty black and red designs around both holes. All of the strings are in tact and tight except for one (missing). The wood is in good condition with no cracks, only a few surface scratches and dents. It even still has the original stickers in each hole that shows the company name and original price of (a lot of money back then!)
The bow that is included has its own box and is very lovely! The hairs are very tight and it plays beautifully on the instrument.
Such a great antique, ready to adorn any home or office!
