The offer is for two 1987 Kennedy Half-Dollars that are considered, by many, to be an exceptional/rare coins. NO NEED to buy the Dealer’s Mint Sets to have these. The mintage was 2.89 million for each mint, (even less than the 1987 S mint) which is considerably low at the time. Many other Kennedy Half-Dollars struck during the 80s-had mintage in the tens of millions and some over 40 million.
These are over 33 years old and looks GREAT! A rare set to give as a gift, as a favorite memory for that year1987, or as a great addition to any collection. Virtually never found at all, or in this high (nearly un-circulated) grade.
They seem to be in short supply in high MS grade and there may still be thousands that have not been graded. Only a few are known with higher grades. Make your own grading as these may qualify!
