this had a
Brodart plasti-kleer
jacket protector on the outside which was failing so I removed it. this process left some small black marks along the edges of the book and the DJ and 2 detached paper spots on the interior of the front & rear cover. The good news is that it did keep the dust jacket in nice condition, the front and rear are in bright colors with minor wear; however, the spine has been sunned. There is some slight rippling to the DJ, possibly indicated exposure to humidity in the past. There are 2-3 pages on the interior which have a 1" tear at the top edge. The book is clean & smoke-free. There are no off odors, it smells like an old book. The interior pages are clean & bright and have good colors. Sewn binding is in excellent condition, the book lays flat (by design I believe). There is rubbing / shelfwear to the book's bottom edge. Reddish top-edge.
